Following the decision of the 18th meeting of the General council on the dates and venue of the next Congress of the African Regional Organisation of the International Trade Union Confederation (ITUCAfrica), we have the pleasure to inform you that, pursuant to article VIII(b) of our Constitution, the fourth Ordinary Congress will be held from 20 to 21 November 2019 in Abuja (Nigeria).
