The African Regional Organisation of the International Trade Union Confederation (ITUC-Africa) on behalf of all its members extends its solidarity to the Zambia Congress of Trade Unions on the sad news of the death of the President of Zambia, Michael SATA.
ITUC-Africa expresses deep condolences to the family of President Michael SATA and to the people of Zambia for the untimely loss.
We trust that the people of Zambia will remain strong in this trying period in the history of the country.
