This 3-day training brought together women trade unionists from the centers concerned with the aime to help them :

• Eradicate harassment and violence against women in the workplace,
• Know the fundamental principles of Convention 190 and its recommendation
• Understand how Convention 190 and Recommendation 206 can improve occupational health and safety,
• Strengthen women in speaking out and getting them out of their silence, to advocate and lobby for the ratification and its convention
• Identify the obstacles and develop an the action plan for overcoming them.

As a result of this training, a network of five members on harassment and violence against women in the workplace was set up.
